Defective articles may be exchanged after recording reason of the return within 24 hrs of purchase at our email: customercare@bellepk.com along with sharing purchase invoice and defect. Article has to be dispatched at our warehouse located at:North Karachi, bElle Pakistan, with in 48 hrs. Used article will not be accepted. Same article will be delivered within our standard delivery timelines. In case replacements are not available in same article, bElle will offer following as compensation.
